									<p>Drug Channels Institute’s (DCI’s) latest analysis reveals that PBM-affiliated specialty pharmacies continue to dominate the dispensing of specialty drugs.</p><p>For 2025, DCI has identified more than 1,900 dispensing locations with specialty pharmacy accreditation from one or both of the two major independent accreditation organizations. It was fielded this month and reached 226 patients, providers and payers. <p>PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is proud to have again earned the #1 ranking in the quarterly patient satisfaction survey conducted by MMIT, an independent national survey entity. For the first quarter of 2022, PANTHERx obtained the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) among all independent specialty pharmacies surveyed. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is compiled by asking patients, on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely they would be to recommend their specialty pharmacy to a friend or family member. With an NPS of <strong>94</strong> (out of 100), PANTHERx scored 50% higher than the industry average.</p>
<p>“At PANTHERx, we pride ourselves on providing superior services and white-glove care to all of the people we serve. The MMIT Patient Satisfaction survey allows us to quantitatively confirm quarter after quarter that our patients are feeling the work that our associates put forth and are satisfied with our efforts to deliver the best possible experiences,” said Rob Snyder, President of PANTHERx Rare. “I would like to thank and congratulate our associates for their extraordinary daily contributions to our company, the people and families we support, and the rare disease community.”</p>
<p>The PANTHERx team is honored to be held in such high regard by our patients. The critical feedback afforded by the MMIT Patient Satisfaction survey allows PANTHERx to measure success and adjust our programs to the needs and desires of the patients we serve. Data from the 2022 Q1 results illustrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>100% of patients surveyed indicated that they are satisfied with medication fill and refill times</li>
<li>100% of patients surveyed indicated that they are satisfied with the amount of time it takes to speak with a live person, putting PANTHERx in the lead in this category when compared to the other 10 participating independent specialty pharmacies</li>
<li>when patients were asked how they would feel if forced to change specialty pharmacies, 93% responded that they would be <em>very unhappy</em></li>
<li>Surveyed patients note PANTHERx key differentiators as: <em>refill reminders</em>, <em>amazing service</em>, and <em>professional and knowledgeable</em></li>
